Tupelo Temptation BBQ Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

1 pork tenderloin (about 2 lbs)

2 tablespoons Tupelo Temptation Georgia Spice Blend

1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

Rub the pork tenderloin generously with the Tupelo Temptation Georgia Spice Blend.

Allow it to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight if possible.

Preheat your grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).

If grilling, sear the pork tenderloin on all sides, then move it to indirect heat. If baking, sear the tenderloin in a hot skillet with olive oil, then transfer to the oven.

Cook until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C), about 25-30 minutes.

Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

 

Tupelo Temptation Grilled Peaches

Ingredients:

4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted

2 teaspoons Tupelo Temptation Georgia Spice Blend

Olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions:

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Lightly brush each peach half with olive oil.

Sprinkle a pinch of Tupelo Temptation Georgia Spice Blend over the cut side of each peach half.

Place the peaches cut side down on the grill.

Grill for 4-5 minutes or until they have nice grill marks and are slightly softened.

Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of honey.

 

Tupelo Temptation Baked Wings

Ingredients:

2 lbs chicken wings, cleaned and patted dry

2 tablespoons Tupelo Temptation Georgia Spice Blend

1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil and Tupelo Temptation Georgia Spice Blend.

Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, turning once, or until they are crispy and fully cooked.

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

 

Tupelo Temptation BBQ Sauce

Ingredients:

1 cup ketchup

1/2 cup fresh peach puree (from about 2 peeled and pitted peaches)

2 tablespoons Tupelo Temptation Georgia Spice Blend

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon molasses

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:

In a saucepan, combine all ingredients.

Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Reduce heat and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Once thickened, remove from heat and let cool.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Ideal for grilled chicken, pork, or ribs.

 

Tupelo Temptation Spiced Mayo

Ingredients:

1 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoons Tupelo Temptation Georgia Spice Blend

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Tupelo Temptation Georgia Spice Blend, and lemon juice.

Refrigerate for at least an hour to let the flavors meld.

Serve as a sandwich spread, burger topping, or as a dip for fries.

 

Tupelo Temptation Sweet Herb Butter

Ingredients:

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 tablespoons Tupelo Temptation Georgia Spice Blend

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped

Instructions:

Blend the softened butter, Tupelo Temptation Georgia Spice Blend, and fresh rosemary in a bowl.

Spread out a piece of plastic wrap and put the butter mixture onto it, shaping it into a log.

Roll the butter in the plastic wrap, twisting the ends to seal.

Refrigerate until firm. Slice and serve on grilled meats, vegetables, or warm bread.
