Lowcountry Love BBQ Ribs
Ingredients:
2 racks of pork ribs (baby back or St. Louis style)
1/4 cup Lowcountry Love Southern Spice Blend
Apple cider vinegar (for spritzing)
Instructions:
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
Generously apply the Lowcountry Love Southern Spice Blend to both sides of the ribs.
Let the ribs marinate for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight, in the refrigerator.
Preheat your smoker or grill to 225°F (107°C).
Smoke or grill the ribs for about 4-5 hours, occasionally spritzing with apple cider vinegar to keep them moist.
The ribs are done when they have a nice bark and the meat pulls back from the bone. Serve with your favorite BBQ sauce.
Lowcountry Love Crusted Catfish
Ingredients:
4 catfish fillets
2 tablespoons Lowcountry Love Southern Spice Blend
1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
Instructions:
Rub each catfish fillet with the Lowcountry Love Southern Spice Blend.
Let the fillets sit for 20-30 minutes.
Preheat the grill or skillet to medium heat.
Brush fillets with olive oil or melted butter.
Grill or sear fillets for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily.
Serve with lemon wedges and coleslaw.
Lowcountry Love Roasted Chicken Drumsticks
Ingredients:
10 chicken drumsticks
1 tablespoons Lowcountry Love Southern Spice Blend
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, coat drumsticks with olive oil and then rub generously with Lowcountry Love Southern Spice Blend.
Arrange drumsticks on a baking sheet.
Bake for about 35-40 minutes or until the skin is crispy and the chicken is fully cooked.

Lowcountry Love Aioli
Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Lowcountry Love Southern Spice Blend
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Lowcountry Love Southern Spice Blend, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
Let the aioli sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour for flavors to meld.
Use as a dip for fries, spread for sandwiches, or dressing for salads.
Lowcountry Love Butter
Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 tablespoon Lowcountry Love Southern Spice Blend
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, blend together softened butter, Lowcountry Love Southern Spice Blend, and fresh parsley.
Lay out a piece of plastic wrap and place the butter mixture onto it, shaping it into a log.
Roll the butter in the plastic wrap, twisting the ends to seal.
Refrigerate until firm. Slice and serve on grilled steaks, corn on the cob, or baked potatoes.
