2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Escape to Blue Ridge Seasoning
1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
3/4 cup milk

For Sausage Gravy:
1 pound pork sausage
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
2 teaspoons Escape to Blue Ridge Seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

Biscuit Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and Escape to Blue Ridge Seasoning.
Cut in the butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Add milk and stir until just combined.
