Breakfast Bowl
1 cup cooked Quinoa
1/4 cup chopped Cucumber
1/4 cup chopped Red Onion
1/4 cup sliced Avocado
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon of No. 88 Sunrise Sizzle spice blend
In a bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, cucumber, red onion, and avocado.
In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice and Sunrise Sizzle spice blend. Drizzle over the quinoa bowl and serve.
