4 soft-boiled eggs (optional, for non-vegan version)
Nori sheets, cut into strips (optional)
For Garnish:
Sesame seeds
Fresh cilantro or green onion tops
Red chili slices (optional for extra heat)
Instructions:
Prepare the Broth:
In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the vegetable broth, soy sauce, miso paste, and Umami Fire seasoning. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer. Let the broth simmer for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Prepare the Toppings:
While the broth is simmering, prepare the mushrooms, spinach, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, and corn.
If using soft-boiled eggs, boil them separately for 6-7 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath. Peel and set aside.

In a separate pot, cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Assemble the Ramen Bowls:
Divide the cooked ramen noodles into four bowls.
Ladle the hot broth over the noodles in each bowl.
Top each bowl with the prepared mushrooms, spinach, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, corn, and green onions.
If using, add a soft-boiled egg and nori strips to each bowl.
