148g cottage cheese

2 teaspoons Saxon Silk seasoning (from Oak City Spice Blends)
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
1.5 cups mixed shredded cheese

Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Stir well to ensure the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Add Wet Ingredients:
Add 148 g of cottage cheese, 2 whole eggs, 2 teaspoons of Saxon Silk seasoning, 1/4 cup of milk, and 1/4 cup of oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until the batter is well combined.
