Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients:
1 head of Cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 tablespoon No. 55 Garam Masala - Southern spice blend
Sea Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 425°F.
In a large mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, Garam Masala - Southern spice blend, salt, & pepper.
Spread the cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
