Ingredients:
For the Roast Pork:
3-pound pork loin roast
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
2 tablespoons Royals Garden seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Gravy:
Pan drippings from roast pork
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup beef or chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Roast Pork: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Rub the pork loin with olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, Royals Garden seasoning, salt, and pepper. Place the pork in a roasting pan and roast for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Make the Gravy: After the pork is done, remove it from the pan and let it rest. Place the roasting pan on the stove over medium heat. Add flour to the pan drippings and cook, stirring constantly, until lightly browned. Gradually whisk in the broth, continuing to stir until the gravy thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
