Roaring Rooster Grilled Chicken Sandwich
Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons "The Roaring Rooster" seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 slices of your favorite bread or buns
4 slices of tomato
4 lettuce leaves
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 avocado, sliced
Instructions:
Season the Chicken: Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and sprinkle "The Roaring Rooster" seasoning evenly on both sides.
Grill the Chicken: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
Prepare the Sandwich: In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and lemon juice. Spread this mixture on the slices of bread or buns.
Assemble: Place the grilled chicken on the bread, then top with tomato slices, avocado slices, and lettuce leaves.
Serve: Serve hot with your favorite side, like chips or a fresh salad.
