Quinoa Breakfast Bowl
1 cup quinoa
2 cups water
1 tsp Poudre Fine spice blend
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
1/4 cup dried cranberries, raspberries, raisins, or any fruit you like.
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1 cup milk or yogurt (for serving)
In a saucepan, combine quinoa, water, Poudre Fine spice blend, and salt. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, or until quinoa is tender and water is absorbed.
Fluff quinoa with a fork and let it cool slightly.
Stir in nuts, fruit, and honey or maple syrup.
Serve warm or cold, topped with milk or yogurt.
