Turkey Meatballs
1 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 tbsp Poultry Party spice blend
1 tbsp fresh sage, chopped
1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, Poultry Party spice blend, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs.
Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the meatballs on all sides until browned.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
