Lemon Herb Butter
4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp Poultry Party spice blend
Salt and pepper to taste
In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, lemon juice, parsley, Poultry Party spice blend, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the butter mixture to a sheet of plastic wrap.
