Mediterranean Meatballs
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, parsley, onion, Eastern Mediterranean spice blend, egg, salt, and pepper.
Mix until well combined.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 6-8 minutes.
Transfer meatballs to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until fully cooked.
Serve with your favorite sauce or as a side dish.
