Ingredients
1 Egg Yolk
1 Whole Egg
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1 Tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
8.5-ounce Rapeseed oil
8.5-ounce Sunflower oil
1 Tablespoon of your choice of Oak City Spice Blends
Directions
Beat the eggs, mustard, Seasoning, and vinegar together with a tablespoon of water in a food processor.
With the processor still running, gradually drizzle in the oils. It is important to take your time at this stage so that the mayonnaise doesn't split. Once the mix begins to thicken, the oil can be added a little faster.
You can add in a little water if you feel the consistency is too thick.
