Kiss My Yam Recipes


🍳 Sweet Potato Breakfast Hash

Ingredients:

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, diced

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 4 strips bacon, chopped

  • 2 cups spinach

  • 4 large eggs

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp Kiss My Yam seasoning

  • Salt (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil, sauté diced sweet potatoes, onions, and bacon until crispy and potatoes tender.

  2. Stir in spinach and Kiss My Yam seasoning; cook until spinach wilts.

  3. Fry eggs separately, then serve atop the sweet potato hash.



🍽️ Honey-Spiced Yam & Chicken Sheet Pan

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken thighs

  • 2 large yams, cut into wedges

  • 3 tbsp honey

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp Kiss My Yam seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Place chicken and yams on a lined baking sheet.

  3. Drizzle olive oil, honey, and sprinkle with Kiss My Yam seasoning.

  4. Roast 30–35 minutes until golden and cooked through.

  5. Optional - Toss in some vegetables and roast at the same time



🍞 Kiss My Yam Sweet Potato Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sweet potato puree

  • 2 cups flour

  • 6 tbsp cold butter, cubed

  • ½ cup milk

  • 2 tsp Kiss My Yam seasoning

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and Kiss My Yam. Cut in butter.

  3. Stir in sweet potato puree and milk; gently form dough.

  4. Roll and cut biscuits, bake 15–18 minutes until golden.




Wiggly Piggly Recipes


🍳 Ham & Cheese Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1½ cups flour

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 2 eggs

  • ½ cup diced ham

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar

  • ½ cup spinach, chopped

  • ½ cup milk

  • 2 tsp Wiggly Piggly seasoning

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C); grease muffin tin.

  2. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, and Wiggly Piggly.

  3. Stir in eggs, milk, ham, cheese, and spinach.

  4. Spoon into muffin tins, bake 20–25 minutes until puffed and golden.



🍽️ Festival-Style BBQ Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

  • 2 pork tenderloins

  • 3 tbsp Wiggly Piggly seasoning

  • ½ cup BBQ sauce

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Rub pork with olive oil and Wiggly Piggly seasoning.

  2. Grill or roast at 400°F (200°C) for 25–30 min.

  3. Brush with BBQ sauce; cook additional 5 min until caramelized.

  4. Rest meat briefly, then slice and serve.



🥗 Wiggly Piggly Baked Beans

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans navy beans, drained

  • 6 slices bacon, diced

  • 1 onion, diced

  • ¼ cup brown sugar

  • ½ cup ketchup

  • 2 tbsp molasses

  • 2 tsp Wiggly Piggly seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Brown bacon and onions.

  3. Combine all ingredients in baking dish, stirring well.

  4. Bake covered 45–50 minutes, uncover for last 10 min.




Fluffy Za’atar Recipes


🍳 Za’atar Avocado Toast with Poached Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices bread

  • 2 ripe avocados

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 tbsp Fluffy Za’atar seasoning

  • Salt, pepper, olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Toast bread, mash avocado, season lightly.

  2. Poach eggs to desired doneness.

  3. Spread avocado on toast, sprinkle generously with Fluffy Za’atar; top with eggs.



🍽️ Za’atar Roasted Vegetable & Chickpea Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 large sweet potato, diced

  • 1 zucchini, diced

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp Fluffy Za’atar seasoning

  • 2 cups cooked quinoa or rice

  • ½ cup crumbled feta

  • Optional - Add in Cranberries or raisins.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Toss vegetables and chickpeas with olive oil and Fluffy Za’atar, roast 25 min.

  3. Serve over grains; top with feta cheese.



🍞 Za’atar Flatbread

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour

  • ¾ cup warm water

  • 1 tbsp yeast

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1½ tbsp Fluffy Za’atar seasoning

  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Mix yeast with warm water, rest 5 min.

  2. Combine flour, salt, yeast mixture, olive oil; knead dough.

  3. Rise dough 1 hour, shape flatbreads, sprinkle with Fluffy Za’atar.

  4. Bake at 450°F (230°C) for 8–10 min until puffed.




Peruvian Sun Recipes


🍳 Peruvian Sunrise Breakfast Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs, scrambled

  • 8 corn tortillas

  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • ½ cup fresh salsa

  • 2 tsp Peruvian Sun seasoning

  • Optional: tomatoes, cheese, lettuce, and BACON!!

Instructions:

  1. Scramble eggs with Peruvian Sun seasoning.

  2. Warm tortillas, fill with eggs, avocado, and salsa.

  3. Serve immediately.



🍽️ Citrus-Grilled Chicken with Peruvian Sun

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts

  • Juice of 2 limes

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp Peruvian Sun seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Marinate chicken with lime juice, olive oil, and seasoning (30 min).

  2. Grill 6–7 min per side until fully cooked.

  3. Rest, then serve sliced.



🥗 Peruvian-Spiced Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients:

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, cut into fries

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp Peruvian Sun seasoning

  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Toss fries in olive oil and Peruvian Sun, spread evenly on tray.

  3. Bake 20–25 min until crisp, serve with cilantro-lime dipping sauce (optional).
