Ingredients:
1 cup sweet potato puree
2 cups flour
6 tbsp cold butter, cubed
½ cup milk
2 tsp Kiss My Yam seasoning
1 tbsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and Kiss My Yam. Cut in butter.
Stir in sweet potato puree and milk; gently form dough.
Roll and cut biscuits, bake 15–18 minutes until golden.

1½ cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 eggs

½ cup milk

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C); grease muffin tin.
Mix flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, and Wiggly Piggly.
Stir in eggs, milk, ham, cheese, and spinach.
Spoon into muffin tins, bake 20–25 minutes until puffed and golden.

🍽️ Festival-Style BBQ Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients:
2 pork tenderloins
3 tbsp Wiggly Piggly seasoning
½ cup BBQ sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
Rub pork with olive oil and Wiggly Piggly seasoning.
Grill or roast at 400°F (200°C) for 25–30 min.
Brush with BBQ sauce; cook additional 5 min until caramelized.
Rest meat briefly, then slice and serve.

Ingredients:
2 cans navy beans, drained
6 slices bacon, diced
1 onion, diced
¼ cup brown sugar
½ cup ketchup
2 tbsp molasses
2 tsp Wiggly Piggly seasoning
Instructions:

Brown bacon and onions.
Combine all ingredients in baking dish, stirring well.

Ingredients:
4 slices bread
2 ripe avocados
4 eggs
2 tbsp Fluffy Za’atar seasoning
Salt, pepper, olive oil
Instructions:
Toast bread, mash avocado, season lightly.
Poach eggs to desired doneness.
Spread avocado on toast, sprinkle generously with Fluffy Za’atar; top with eggs.

🍽️ Za’atar Roasted Vegetable & Chickpea Bowl
Ingredients:
1 large sweet potato, diced
1 zucchini, diced
1 can chickpeas, drained
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Fluffy Za’atar seasoning
2 cups cooked quinoa or rice
½ cup crumbled feta
Optional - Add in Cranberries or raisins.
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss vegetables and chickpeas with olive oil and Fluffy Za’atar, roast 25 min.

Ingredients:
2 cups flour
¾ cup warm water
1 tbsp yeast
2 tbsp olive oil
1½ tbsp Fluffy Za’atar seasoning
1 tsp salt
Instructions:
Mix yeast with warm water, rest 5 min.
Combine flour, salt, yeast mixture, olive oil; knead dough.
Rise dough 1 hour, shape flatbreads, sprinkle with Fluffy Za’atar.
Bake at 450°F (230°C) for 8–10 min until puffed.

Ingredients:
4 eggs, scrambled
8 corn tortillas
1 avocado, sliced
½ cup fresh salsa
2 tsp Peruvian Sun seasoning
