Grilled Steak
4 beef steaks (such as sirloin, ribeye, or flank)
2 tablespoons Oda Mae spice blend
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt, to taste
Instructions:
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, mix Oda Mae spice blend with olive oil to make a paste.
Rub spice paste all over the steaks.
Season with salt to taste.
Grill steaks for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach the desired doneness.
