Grilled Shrimp
Ingredients:
1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Berbere spice blend
Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, Berbere Spice Blend, salt, & pepper.
Thread shrimp onto skewers.
Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side or until cooked through.
Serve hot with your favorite sides.
