These delicious, easy-to-follow recipes will make your next meal an event to remember.


Recipe 1: Wiggly Piggly BBQ Pork Ribs

Ingredients:

  • 2 racks pork spare ribs

  • 3 tablespoons Wiggly Piggly seasoning

  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar

  • ½ cup ketchup

  • ½ cup molasses

  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven or smoker to 275°F.

  2. Generously rub Wiggly Piggly seasoning all over ribs.

  3. Bake uncovered on a baking sheet for 2½ hours.

  4. Combine vinegar, ketchup, molasses, and Worcestershire sauce. Brush ribs liberally and cook for another 30 minutes.

  5. Serve warm, sticky, and delicious!




Recipe 2: Wiggly Piggly Pulled Pork Sliders

Ingredients:

  • 4 lb pork shoulder (Boston butt)

  • 3 tablespoons Wiggly Piggly seasoning

  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • Mini slider buns

  • Coleslaw (optional topping)

Instructions:

  1. Coat pork shoulder generously with Wiggly Piggly seasoning.

  2. Slow cook in a crockpot with chicken broth for 8 hours on low.

  3. Shred tender pork with two forks and serve on slider buns topped with fresh coleslaw.




Recipe 3: Wiggly Piggly Glazed Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

  • 2 pork tenderloins (~1 lb each)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons Wiggly Piggly seasoning

  • ¼ cup peach preserves

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Rub pork tenderloins with olive oil and Wiggly Piggly seasoning.

  3. Roast pork for 20 minutes.

  4. Mix peach preserves and Dijon mustard, glaze tenderloin, and roast another 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.

  5. Rest 5 minutes before slicing.




Recipe 4: Wiggly Piggly Southern Baked Beans

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans (15 oz each) navy beans, drained

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 6 strips bacon, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons Wiggly Piggly seasoning

  • ½ cup barbecue sauce

  • ¼ cup brown sugar

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Set aside, leaving drippings.

  3. Sauté onion in drippings until translucent.

  4. Combine beans, onions, bacon, Wiggly Piggly seasoning, barbecue sauce, brown sugar, and vinegar in a baking dish.

  5. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes until bubbly and caramelized.




Recipe 5: Wiggly Piggly Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

Ingredients:

  • 1½ lbs Brussels sprouts, halved

  • 4 strips bacon, diced

  • 1½ tablespoons Wiggly Piggly seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Toss Brussels sprouts, bacon, olive oil, and Wiggly Piggly seasoning together.

  3. Roast on a sheet pan for 25-30 minutes until crispy and golden.

  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve immediately.
