Flat Bread
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon Golden Sunset Shawarma Seasoning
3/4 cup warm water
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and Golden Sunset Shawarma Seasoning. Mix well to distribute the spices evenly.
Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and add the olive oil and warm water.
Gradually incorporate the flour into the liquid until a dough forms.
Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.
Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a ball.
Roll out each dough ball into a thin circle, about 1/8 inch thick.
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Cook the flatbread one at a time for about 1-2 minutes on each side, or until puffed up and lightly golden brown spots appear.
Serve the Shawarma-spiced flatbreads warm with your favorite fillings or as a flavorful side dish.
