Ingredients:
1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon Bountiful Bahia seasoning
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Herbs:
Finely chop the fresh parsley and cilantro. Place them in a medium bowl.
Add the Garlic:
Mince the garlic and add it to the bowl with the herbs.
Mix the Ingredients:
Add the red wine vinegar, olive oil, Bountiful Bahia seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using) to the bowl.
Stir everything together until well combined.
Season and Adjust:
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Let the chimichurri sit for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. You can also refrigerate it for a few hours or overnight for a deeper flavor.
Serve:
