INGREDIENTS:
1 pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 Tablespoons Olive oil
2 Tablespoons Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Cascade Catch Seasoning
1/2 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add Cascade Catch, smoked paprika, lemon juice, and olive oil to a bowl and mix well.
Place shrimp in a re-sealable bag. Add marinade over them. Toss well. Seal the bag. Allow it to marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Preheat the smoker to 225 degrees F.
Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.
Place the shrimp skewers on the smoker grates. Close the lid. Smoke for 10 to 12 minutes.
