Baked Salmon
4 salmon fillets
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Lemon wedges, for serving
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a small bowl, mix together Tandoori Transcendence spice blend, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Place salmon fillets skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spoon the spice blend mixture over the salmon fillets, spreading it evenly to coat the top and sides of the fillets.
Bake salmon fillets for 12-15 minutes, or until fully cooked.
Serve with lemon wedges.
