Michel is a medieval food historian, educator, and working cook who built Oak City Spice Blends to reconnect modern kitchens with the depth of traditional flavor.
Her work is grounded in research, testing, and a deep respect for global food traditions. Each blend begins with history, but it does not stay there. It is refined and adapted so it works beautifully in a real, modern kitchen.
